Completion of questionnaires and testing with Qb Check and Creyos

Reviewing results to develop a treatment plan collaboratively.

QbCheck is web-based, FDA-cleared, TGA-registered, and backed by extensive research. Both QB check and Creyos consist of ADHD tests completed in office that enable healthcare professionals to objectively measure core ADHD symptoms: inattention, activity, and impulsivity.
It is important to note that as of 2026, New Jersey law requires in-person visits for patients prescribed stimulant medications. Under Executive Order 415, clinicians must conduct an initial in-person evaluation before prescribing any Schedule II controlled substance, followed by in-person follow-up visits every three months for ongoing prescriptions. This updated requirement helps ensure stimulant medications are prescribed and monitored safely and responsibly for all New Jersey patients.
